While the original meaning of literacy referred to whether someone could read or write, the meaning has since expanded to encompass whether someone has enough knowledge about something to understand it and use it.
Deciding whether to retire is easier for some people than others. I wasn't one of those people who jumped at the chance. I struggled to move from retirement to RETIREMENT!
